Reader's choice

I couldn't decide what to title this blog .... you get to choose.

Here are a few options to get you started:

  • Mollie, don't panic....
  • I give up!
  • Uncle!
  • you are FIRED!
Rather uneventful walk to work. W still stops to observe things which is fine with me. It is clear that I need to get her out more/longer. She was exceptional in the office today - even pooped/peed not in her pen. She is getting too rough with Clipper (Helen's foster poodle) so we are having them play tug instead of wrestling.

My panic moments:
  • Winnie say John's dogs through the glass (they were in Avanzino park) and she started to boof (quiet barks) and growl! AAAAAAAAAAhhhhhhhhhh. Then Jean and Janis came down the hall with their dogs and we hid behind the door to the elevator. We looked again on our way to MPR C and again - boofing and growling. (DON'T PANIC)
  • We get home tonight and I check my e-mails. I then pack a bag of canidae kibble and set out on a walk. Winne gets concerned here and there but no biggie. She mostloy just stops, stares and drops her tail. We walked to 22nd street then up to Bryant. She gets scared in front of the restaurant so we hung there and ate "cookies" for a while. She gained confidence and on we went. All seemed well. There is a licquor store on 23rd that plays loud music. THere is also a big, imposing bald man who lingers in the doorway (sometimes partially obscured by the door or sort of leaning/swinging on the 1/2 door. Winnie got really scared - boofing, barking and growling. AT one point she bolted. Then 4 teenage boys started barking at her which of course really helped. (NOT!!) We walked on and she settled down. We made a circle back past our house and went around again. This time no problems at the restaurant. She was better at the liquor store but still wary. We hung for a while and she could chase treats but she was scared. (Don't PANIC)
OMG, OMG, OMG...........
