Wow

So they played this morning - a real honest-to-God semi-normal play session. Dolce started it. He was play-bowing and growling (not his guarding growl). W wasn't sure how to take this info so she did some appeasing wiggles and a play paw. They are really cure when they play but D isn't too clear so W gets worried and appeases/hides on my foot then it all begins again. Dolce did a lot of whirling, pracning in place and hip-checking. W was pawing at his face (smacked him in the nose once), standing on his head/shoulders and even nibbling on his ears! Then they progressed to chase - there was actually some demeanor shifting on the chase. Unfortunately Dolce really shouts when he plays so I had to end it. I picked him up and calmed him down then set him down again. He ran back up the short stairs (right outside of Frank/Sonja's doors) and crouched again to initial more play. We had to come back inside at it is too early (7:30am) for all of the noise he makes.
